Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented individual that is able to manage a multi-line phone system, including answering inbound calls, directing them appropriately, and managing call transfers. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a faced-passed environment where candidates can learn HR functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Duties to include:
  • Answering multi-line phones system
  • I-9 compliance for new hires
  • Helping with payroll request (Christmas Clubs)
  • Assisting employees with W2s, W4 and A4s.
  • Computer skills to assist employees with portal information

Job Requirements:
  • Must have experience answer Multiline phone system
  • Must be able to multi task
  • Have knowledge of basic office applications.
  • Great attitude and Customer Service oriented
